The trail running camp is all about celebrating the start or the end of another summer of trail running, depending on whether you choose the Spring or Autumn camp. Learn how to improve your running technique to stay injury-free and create an effective training plan, whether it's for that epic event you've entered this summer or to maintain your hard-earned fitness as you head into the winter months. Enjoy guided trail runs in the beautiful Llangollen area with expert coaching from Tim Higginbottom. As well as being a qualified UKA Fell & Trail Coach, Tim held the Paddy Buckley Round record for 10 years and he is the current Welsh Orienteering Champion. With Tim’s guidance you’ll learn how to work on your strength and technique during the off-season, ensuring you come back stronger than ever next year. Recover with a yoga flow designed especially for runners to increase flexibility and improve breathing. And relax with two nights accommodation on a beautiful glamping site, with delicious wholesome meals freshly prepared for you. Your accommodation is a stunning detached Welsh long cottage, with the original part of the cottage dating back some 300 years. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished to make your stay lovely and comfortable.
