* Optional Excursion to the Greater Island of Chiloe: Transfer to Pargua to board a ferry, crossing the Chacao Channel, which separates the mainland with the Greater Island of Chiloe. Spend the day exploring the island and its sights, including the iconic wooden churches, built by Jesuit missionaries in the 17th and 18th centuries. Visit the cities of Dalcahue, Castro and Ancud and get to know the local gastronomy at the local municipal market.
* Optional Excursion to Frutillar & Puerto Octay: Set off to the historic city of Frutillar, bursting with traditional German architecture and impressive views of the Osorno Volcano. Explore the city and visit the German Settler Museum. Afterwards, visit charming Puerto Octay, once a thriving port town before the railroad was constructed, and enjoy the views from the Centinela Peninsula.

On arrival, transfer to the bus terminal to take a regular bus transfer to stunning Puerto Natales, a journey of around 3-hours. Arrive, transfer to the hotel and take some time to explore this once modest fishing port. Make sure to see the pretty corrugated tin houses and cosy old-style lodgings as well as enjoying the international restaurants and cafes. Overnight in Puerto Natales.
Breakfast at the hotel. Today is the day you explore the world-famous Torres del Paine National Park, an icon of Chile's natural beauty and loved by adventurers around the world. Set off into the landscapes, stopping at the Milodon Cave, an amazing natural monument where the fossilised remains of an extinct ground sloth were discovered in the 19th-century. Continue into the national park observing the picturesque Sofia Lagoon, Cordillera Prat, Porteno Lake and pristine natural landscapes. Take in the views and snap some photos at the Gray Lake Viewpoint, and walk along the shore of Gray Lake. Take some time to relax at the designated rest point before continuing into the Salto Grande sector of the park to visit the Nordenskjold Lake Viewpoint and the Paine Waterfall and Amarga Lake. Enjoy the amazing untouched wilderness and soak up the fresh air. The last stop, at dusk, is the Sarmiento Lake Viewpoint, for an unforgettable view as the sun begins to set. Continue to Ahu Akivi, a sacred site home to seven restored Moai statues that look out to the Pacific Ocean. Afterwards, explore the Puna Pau quarry, the crater of an ancient volcano. It is from here that the islands ancient inhabitants once harvesting raw materials to construct ceremonial crowns. Return to the hotel and bring your exciting day to a close. * Optional Orongo Ceremonial Village Excursion: Trace the history of the iconic 'Birdman Competition' with a tour of Rano Kau Volcano and the ceremonial village of Orongo. Explore Ana Tai Tangata Cave and Vinapu, once a ceremonial centre. Head up to the freshwater crater of Rano Kau, once the site of the birdman competition where chosen islanders would risk life and limb to collect the first sooty tern egg of the year. Next, head to Orongo, which has a total of 54 traditional houses, restored with their original petroglyphs and rock art.
