Selected Destination: Franz Josef Glacier

At 12km long, Franz Josef Glacier is one of New Zealand’s most spectacular attractions. There is an opportunity to get up on the glacier for a closer look at this stunning landscape which changes daily due to the glacier’s slow moving nature. The landscape at the top is stunning with views down the glacier's valley and along the Waiho River to the Tasman Sea.

Selected Destination: Bay of Islands

A beautiful part of New Zealand’s North Island is characterised by stunning islands with clear blue seas, beautiful green woodland and perfect white sandy beaches. We stay in the town of Paihia, probably the best place to be based for exploring this stunning landscape. The town has a reputation for its great restaurants and traditional shorefront pubs and the opportunities for cruises out onto the water discovering the wildlife including dolphins that inhabit the bay.

Selected Destination: Sydney

The oldest, largest and most cosmopolitan city in Australia enjoys a fantastic reputation as one of the world’s most beautiful and habitable. Of course the view over Sydney Harbour is one of the best in the world and something not to be missed with the iconic Sydney Opera House and Harbour bridge dominating the vista. For a different side to the city head to one of its many beaches to see how the locals spend their leisure time, Bondi and Manly are the most popular, or head to Tamarama or Bilgola for a less busy and more scenic experience.

Selected Destination: Great Barrier Reef

The world’s largest coral formation is also one of its most diverse ecosystems with a huge array of marine life inhabiting the incredible reef. Above the water the scenery is just as stunning with islands dotting the landscape featuring white sand beaches, forests, mountain peaks and amazing resorts. We’ll cruise the seas here discovering all this amazing area has to offer.

Selected Destination: Uluru

Uluru and nearby Kata Tjuta have both been important Aboriginal sites for thousands of years, appearing in their mythology and being considered sacred places in their culture. It is easy to see how this place has inspired such feeling when you visit, the rocks seem to glow red against the dim light of the sunrise and sunset and there is an air of magic in the quiet, remoteness of the place. While here why not discover some of the fascinating stories that Uluru and Kata Tjuta have inspired in ancient aboriginal folklore.
