Day 1: Cairo
Welcome to Egypt! At the Cairo terminal keep your eyes peeled for the Travel Talk sign for your transfer to the hotel. Freshen up and meet in the lobby around 6:00pm for an informal meeting with your guide and other tour members. Afterwards you have free time to start exploring vibrant Cairo or board a cruise for an optional group dinner. Day 2: Cairo City Tour, Luxor
Prepare your lenses for the breath-taking, world-famous Pyramids and the Sphinx at the Giza Plateau. Face all their 4,600-year glory and embrace the only remaining Ancient Wonder of the World. After everyone had their dose of awe, we head out to Sakkara for sightseeing. The first capital of ancient Egypt is famous for the step pyramid built in 2700 B.C. Later in the afternoon, board the bus to Luxor and check into our premium hotel by the Nile River. Included Activities: Sightseeing Pyramids & Sakkara Meals: Breakfast, Dinner

Day 3: Luxor
After breakfast, depart for the vast Karnak Temple Complex, one of the most important religious centres of ancient Egypt with its marvellous Obelisk and temples. Your Egyptologist guide will enlighten you with the most intriguing stories and mythologies fuelling such creations for millennia. In the afternoon drive to Aswan for overnight stay. Included Activities: Sightseeing Temple of Karnak Optional Activities: Nubian Dinner Meals: Breakfast

Day 4: Aswan
Time to explore Aswan, famed for its skilled artisans and the Unfinished Obelisk. Take a short motorboat ride to reach the Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis, the divine mother of the pharaohs. The temple is set beautifully on an island in the middle of the Nile. Early in the morning you can join the optional trip to the gorgeous Abu Simbel, an iconic UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is a must-do for all keen on history and mythology. Included Activities: Sightseeing Aswan & Philae Temple Optional Activities: Abu Simbel Meals: Breakfast

Day 5: Daily Felucca cruise on the Nile
Time to relax and enjoy the cool breeze of the Nile. Jump on-board a traditional Felucca sailboat, bound for the Elephantine and Kitchener Islands on the Nile. After our river excursion, the rest of the day is yours to wander around Aswan as you wish. Included Activities: Sailing on the Felucca & Kitchener Islands Meals: Breakfast

Day 6: Edfu, Kom Ombo, Luxor
A day full of amazing wonders and ancient beauties. Start off with a visit to the Kom Ombo Temple dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek. Next stop will be Edfu, home to one of the largest and best-preserved temples in Egypt. Dedicated to the falcon god Horus, the temple was built over 180-years from 237 BC to 57 BC. As you get your dose of marvel, ride to Luxor and check into the hotel. After a refreshing break, brace for the Luxor Temple, dedicated to the great god Amun. The temple was built on top of a smaller structure dating back to 14th century BC! Included Activities: Sightseeing Edfu & Kom Ombo, Luxor Temple Meals: Breakfast

Day 7: Luxor, Cairo
The West Bank of the Nile awaits with the incredible Valley of the Kings. Also known as “City of the Dead”, it's home to fancy royal tombs carved into desert rocks and filled with treasures for the Pharaoh afterlife. As you’d expect, here lied the famous mummy of Tutankhamun III. Rising out of the desert plain in a series of terraces, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut is the next stop. As you try to break the spell of ancient wonders, drive to Cairo for overnight stay. Included Activities: Sightseeing Valley of the Kings, Temple of Queen Hatshepsut Optional Activities: Hot Air Balloning Meals: Breakfast

Day 8: Cairo City Tour, Flight to Istanbul
The journey continues with one of the most important museums dedicated to the ancient world. Egyptian Museum of Cairo houses around 120,000 ancient Egyptian relics and antiquities. Then roam around Cairo stopping by the Citadel of Saladin, Mosque of Mohammed Ali, the Hanging Church and the world-famous Khan el-Khalili bazaar. Make sure to wear your haggling hats and brace for the mayhem! Later on fly to Istanbul for the second leg of your trip. Included Activities: Sightseeing Cairo, Citadel of Saladin, Mosque of Mohammed Ali, Hanging Church & Khan el-Khalili Bazaar Meals: Breakfast

Day 9: Istanbul City Tour
After breakfast, we begin to experience the magnificence of Istanbul. We will stroll through the historical heart of the old city, making stops along the way to the Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, majestic Topkapi Palace and the Hagia Sophia Museum. In the afternoon take an optional cruise down the Bosphorus river and see the epic skyline. Included Activities: Istanbul Guided City Tour Optional Activities: Bosphorus Cruise Meals: Breakfast

Day 10: Gallipoli
Today we depart for the shores of Gallipoli. A place of important significance for Aussies and Kiwis, we will visit the beach and cemeteries at ANZAC Cove, before paying our respects at memorial sites Chunuk Bair and Lone Pine. Included Activities: Gallipoli Sightseeing Optional Activities: No Meals: Breakfast, Dinner

Day 11: Troy, Pergamum, Kusadasi
You may of heard of Troy from Greek mythology or maybe just watched the Brad Pitt movie, but now you will visit the ruins and archaeological site of the city of Troy, and of course the famous wooden horse. After breakfast we continue to Pergamum, and the ruins of the Asklepion, an ancient healing centre. We will sleep overnight in the seaside town of Kusadasi. Included Activities: Troy Sightseeing, Pergamum/Asklepion Sightseeing Optional Activities: No Meals: Breakfast, Dinner

Day 12: Ephesus, Fethiye
It's time to get your cameras out, because today is a photographers dream! Our first stop is the spectacular, well preserved ancient city of Ephesus. Ephesus was cited in the book of Revelations, and historians believe the Gospel of John was written here. Famed for the Temple of Artemis which was completed around 550 BC and is one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. In the afternoon, depart for Fethiye where you can explore the buzzing summer resort. Included Activities: Ephesus Sightseeing Optional Activities: No Meals: Breakfast, Dinner

Day 13: Fethiye, Saklikent, Oludeniz
After breakfast we make our way to huge canyon of Saklikent. We then make our way to Oludeniz. Besides its spectacular beaches, glittering waters and breathtaking natural scenery, Oludeniz is also popular for its water sport activities. Here you can relax on the exquisite beach or join one of the adventure activities including paragliding and microlighting. Late in the afternoon we depart for our overnight stay in Fethiye. Included Activities; Saklikent Sightseeing Optional Activities ; Rafting, Paragliding Meals ; Breakfast, Dinner

Day 14: Fethiye, Dalyan, Fethiye
After breakfast we make our way to Dalyan, a small town in the south-western coast popular for its natural and unspoiled beauty. We join a boat trip to visit the most popular mud bath in Turkey, and we then continue to Iztuzu beach, homeland of world famous Caretta Caretta turtles. After a fantastic boat travel we reach Iztuzu sandbar with fine sand and turquoise sea. Than we return to the hotel in the late afternoon. Included Activities; Dalyan Boat Trip, Mud Bath, Free time at the beach Optional Activities ; No Meals ; Breakfast, Dinner

Day 15: Fethiye, Pamukkale
Today we head to Pamukkale meaning cotton castle in Turkish, this is a natural site that contains hot springs and travertines, giving the appearance of terraces made by carbonate minerals left by the flowing water. The ancient city of Hierapolis was built on top of the white castle and people have bathed in its pools for thousands of years. Included Activities; Pamukkale Sightseeing Optional Activities ; No Meals ; Breakfast, Dinner

Day 16: Pamukkale, Cappadocia
Today we depart for Cappadocia where we visit the world famous Underground City. A region of exceptional natural and man-made wonders, characterized by fairy chimneys and unique historical and cultural heritage. Overnight stay in Cappadocia. Included Activities; Derinkuyu Underground City, Ihlara Valley Sightseeing Optional Activities ; Turkish Bath Meals ; Breakfast, Dinner

Day 17: Cappadocia, Istanbul ( by Flight )
After breakfast we begin exploring all the important sights in Cappadocia including the Goreme Open Air Museum, Cavusin, Uchisar, Pigeon Valley.In the evening we fly to Istanbul, your tour ends in Istanbul Ataturk Airport at 9:30pm, please book your flights accordingly. Included Activities; Goreme Open Air Museum, Cavusin, Uchisar, Pigeon Valley Sightseeing, Fly back to Istanbul Optional Activities ; Hot Air Ballooning, Turkish Night Meals ; Breakfast
