Journey through the neighbouring nations of Jordan and Egypt on this unique adventure from the Middle East to Africa. You'll visit World Wonders, millennia-old landmarks and Unesco World Heritage sites. The highlights are many: take the lesser-known Back Trail to Petra; marvel at the pyramids and Sphinx in Giza; and climb Mount Sinai for sunrise. We’ll also explore natural wonders: floating in the Dead Sea, snorkelling in the Red Sea, walking in Dana Nature Reserve and exploring the Wadi Rum desert by 4×4 and on foot.

We spend two nights in a three-star hotel in Madaba, two nights in a fixed camp with en-suite facilities near Petra, one night in a fixed camp in Wadi Rum with shared facilities, one night in a four-star hotel in Aqaba, one night in a simple hotel with shared facilities at St Catherine’s (you will only stay overnight here if you do not climb Mount Sinai), two nights in a beachfront four-star hotel in Dahab and two nights in a four-star hotel in Cairo.
Some hotels have more facilities than others and the star rating in Jordan and Egypt is quite different to what you may expect at home.
