Our journey begins in Thailand's vibrant capital, where we'll embark on a city tour of Bangkok, visiting landmarks such as Pak Klong Talad, the country's largest flower market; Wat Pho, renowned for its reclining Buddha; and the Grand Palace. After spending a few days in Bangkok, we'll take a short flight to Siem Reap in Cambodia, known as the gateway to the Angkor archaeological park, a UNESCO World Heritage site. We'll enjoy a guided tour of Angkor Wat, admiring its stunning architecture, explore the jungle-covered ruins of Ta Prohm, and visit the Bayon Temple in Angkor Thom, famous for its stone faces. Our Cambodian journey also includes seeing elephants in their natural habitat, observing local families creating traditional products in Battambang, learning about the country's somber past at the Toul Sleng Genocide Museum (S21 Prison), and exploring the royal palace in Phnom Penh. Then to round off our Cambodia holiday, we'll unwind on the idyllic island of Koh Rong Sanloem, renowned for its pristine beaches, clear turquoise waters, and relaxed atmosphere.
