1.1 These terms and conditions (together with any relevant documents referred to in them including our Website terms of use) set out the terms relating to the redemption of our Cashback Voucher.

Any terms which you seek to impose in respect of the order for Cashback through this site will not form part of any contract between us. 2.1 In order to qualify for our Cashback Voucher offer, you must submit your claim using the form provided on our website quoting the tour operator with whom you booked your holiday booking confirmation/reference and any other information requested once you have confirmed your booking and paid your deposit.

 

2.2 Cashback will be paid within two weeks following payment of your full and final balance to the tour operator with whom you booked your holiday.

 

 

 

2.3 Cashback will be paid only to the lead passenger stated in the booking with the tour operator with whom you booked your holiday.

 

2.4 Only one Cashback Voucher can be used per order of Product. 

 

2.5 You cannot use a Cashback Voucher in conjunction with any other TourHound promotional offer unless the specific terms relating to that offer state that you can do so.

 

2.6 TourHound promotional offers are limited to promotional activity undertaken by TourHound and are separate to any promotional activity, discount or incentive offered by tour operators featured on the TourHound website.

 

2.7 A Cashback Voucher can only be used for one order. 

 

2.8 The Cashback Voucher will expire on the date specified in the specific promotional period relating to each Cashback Voucher promotion or before subject to availability of which we will notify via our website. You cannot use the Cashback Voucher after that date. 

 

2.9 Discount Vouchers have no cash redemption value. 

 

2.10 Our standard terms and conditions of sale apply in respect of any bookings made using a Cashback Voucher and the Website terms of use for using our website still apply. 

 

2.11 We reserve the right to vary or discontinue the Cashback Voucher promotion at any time. 

 

 

3.1 We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions of the promotion from time to time including to reflect changes affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our site's capabilities. 

 

3.2 You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions of use in force at the time that you use your Cashback Voucher unless any change to those policies or these terms is required to be made by law or governmental authority.

 

 

These terms and conditions will be governed by English law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
