Travel rebate amount is based on the total value of land tour, available through select travel providers working in conjunction with TourHound. The percentage determining the rebate amount may vary across operators.
Pay for your trip directly with the tour operator on their website or with the operator via phone or email. At time of booking, you must ensure that the tour operator knows that you were referred by TourHound. You can do this when booking directly on the operator’s website, or once you have been directed to an operator after making an enquiry with TourHound. You can also the operator via email, however this must be done at time of booking. If making a reservation by phone, tell the sales agent that you were referred from TourHound and request that this is added to your booking record. If the operator does not have a record of your booking originating with TourHound unfortunately we will not be able to issue your member rebate.
You will need to hold a member account with TourHound to be able to claim your rebate. You must either have already signed up to be a TourHound member prior to, or at the point you leave the TourHound website to make your booking direct with the operator. You will be prompted to sign up or sign in to your account at this point, and you must hold a member profile in order for us to administrate your rebate.
After signing up, send us an email at email@example.com within 30 days of booking your trip. Include your email confirmation from the operator or scanned copy of your invoice.
The rebate will apply to all parties on the booking and the rebate will be issued to the lead booker. You must book your trip directly with the tour operator and depart by December 2022. The offer is only available with the stated, participating tour operators.
To allow for cancellations your rebate will be issued after your trip departs, at which time we will contact you to arrange.
