Established in 1971 and held every two years since 1986 in the city’s beautiful central square, Grand-Place, the intricate Flower Carpet is 75m long and 24m wide, featuring 500,000 flowers displayed in a stunning pattern. On a stroll through the square, soak up the fragrant smell of begonias and the mesmerising display of colour set against the backdrop of the Grand-Place’s impressive architecture.
