Jersey's Battle of Flowers - Exeter

Every summer, the enchanting Channel Island of Jersey stages a fabulous floral extravaganza, the Battle of Flowers. One of the highlights on Jersey’s calendar, the spectacle of flower-festooned floats, musicians, dancers and street entertainers creates a tremendous carnival atmosphere which involves the whole island and attracts thousands of visitors each year. On this lovely break, we also enjoy a unique behind-the-scenes preview of the parade as well as a tour of Jersey’s glorious coast and time to explore the island at leisure.

Hotel de Normandie, St Saviour

The Hotel de Normandie is situated in St Saviour, close to the capital of St Helier and opposite the beautiful Bay of St Clement. The en-suite rooms offer a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and tea and coffee-making facilities. The hotel also offers a cosy bar, restaurant and lounge plus a sun terrace with sea views. Merton Hotel, St Saviour

The 3-star Merton Hotel is located in the quaint area of St Saviour, close to the capital of St Helier. The en-suite rooms offer satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and tea and coffee-making facilities. There’s also six restaurants, cafés and bars and the hotel features a unique Aquadome with indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, steam room and hot tub, as well as a fitness centre and tennis court.
