Constructed in 1926, Route 66 became known as the “Main Street of America” as it wound through towns, trading posts and small communities across the United States. We’ll head out on the highway and drive from East to West across 8 states, seeing all the highlights of America along the way. Starting from Chicago, we will tour a diverse array of landscapes, from the fertile valleys of Missouri, to the ranch lands of Texas, to the woodlands and open plains of Oklahoma, to the deserts of Arizona and New Mexico, all the way to the Pacific Coast. Continue to the sparkling city of Las Vegas and the awe-inspiring Grand Canyon, before finally arriving among the bright lights of L.A. If ever there was the journey of a lifetime, this is it.
